PLUMMER

Hello! If you're looking for a fun and enthusiastic graphic designer, then I'm your gal. I am an experienced artist with a range of expertise ready to enhance a team. I am highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, which I have been using for over ten years now, as well as four years of professional experience creating visually appealing presentations and keynotes using Microsoft PowerPoint.

For four years I was on a marketing team at a large corporation, ConnectWise, LLC., that focused on B2B software solutions for IT companies and hosted large-scale events under The IT Nation brand. These IT Nation events are geared towards different groups within their audience, separating out events for business owners, technicians, administrators, etc. that focused on product education, business growth, and security. While a part of their marketing team, we streamlined multiple conferences into one brand (The IT Nation) and saw exponential growth in attendance for each conference over the span of four years, having our biggest attendance yet for IT Nation Explore in June of 2020, and expectations to see continued growth for the coming events this year.

In the time I was with ConnectWise, I had the opportunity to be a part of a major brand overhaul in 2016, as the company has just acquired multiple smaller companies and needed to shift the organization of the ConnectWise brand to reflect this change. We shifted "ConnectWise" from a software solution to a brand name, and created one master set of brand guidelines for the company to follow, so that ConnectWise and all of it's products and services could be recognized more easily recognized by it's customers and prospects and grow as one unified company. Because of these efforts, when ConnectWise acquired Continuum in 2019, we were easily able to rebrand Continuum's products and services in to our look and feel.

While at ConnectWise I worked on the creation of lead generation material such as emails, landing page comps, website comps, banner ads, ebooks, white papers, and more. While a part of this digital marketing team, we saw a measurable increase in quality of leads and the quality and consistency of the content being created from our team as a whole. When went through a complete overhaul of our file storage system, I was tasked with creating the new organization and naming structure for our files, which is still use use today, as well as a 90+ slide interactive onboarding and training presentation that documents the processes and handoffs from initiation to completion for each type of deliverable or asset the creative team could be requested to make.

Covid-19 led to unexpected change in my career path, but ultimately it was a positive change. I did short-term contracting and freelance work for a time and then took on a position at ZooTampa at Lowry Park as a Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Specialist. After only a few months, I got a promotion to Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Manager and took on additional responsibilities. At ZooTampa I managed all the digital signs around the park that were used for marketing, created brand collateral for billboards, paid marketing, print assets, etc, maintained the website, and kept our mobile app up-to-date. As a member of the Brand team I was able to help define several of our sub-brands' guidelines and share those with the teams throughout the park to strengthen our branding for programs and events.
